All prices are subject to Spanish IVA at the standard rate.
All Solar Sky online sales promotions are limited to products for sale through the Solar Sky website. Any sales promotion offers featured within a SolarSky Web promotion cannot be used in conjunction with a second or separate sales promotion offer.
Solar Sky has the right to operate more than one sales promotion at any one time. Solar Sky Spain retains the right to change the terms and conditions of its sales, offers and promotions without prior notification. Should you return a product the cost of delivery fee will be charged based on the original order plus any additional costs incurred. In the event of the agreed return of an item the refund will be at the price the product was purchased for. Postage/Delivery charges are not refundable.
No Warranties. Limitation of Liability
Solar Sky assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions on this site or sales materials issued. Access to this site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, as to the accuracy or non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, no other information other than supplied by the manufacturer directly or indirectly of any items purchase is offered or implied by Solar Sky.
There is no warranty that the information or equipment on this site or in any sales literature will fulfil any of your particular purposes or needs. Solar Sky shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, cost of cover, lost revenues or lost profits, which may result from the use of this site or products purchased from Solar Sky. However, this section shall not relieve Solar Sky or any other person of liability for damages that result from their own gross negligence or wilful misuse of goods supplied or misconduct, or from personal injury or wrongful death claims. Solar Sky site is accurate and up-to-date, but due to the risk that the information may be compromised by software, input and procedural errors Solar Sky does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this site. Solar Sky reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Applicable law may not allow for the limitation of liability set forth above, so this limitation of liability may not apply to you. If any part of this limitation on liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, then the aggregate liability of Solar SkySapin, under such circumstances for liabilities that otherwise would have been limited shall not exceed €100.

Solar Sky does not in any way, warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, possess, carry or use any item which you may order for any purpose, under any applicable Local, Spanish or EU laws. You, as buyer, warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are of legal age to purchase these items and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way affect your ability to lawfully purchase or make use of them.
By placing an order, you the customer confirm that you have read, understood and accepted Solar Sky terms and conditions of business as stated herein.
Our Service to You.
We are here to help you if you have any queries regarding an order or product. Call 0034 653 983 800 Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please have your order number to hand. Please allow at least 5 days after order for delivery.
Please ensure that the items are insured to the correct value, all responsibility of ownership of the goods remain with the purchaser until a return proof of delivery is received. Inbound and Outbound delivery charges will not be refunded. Call, Email or write within 7 days of purchase for authorisation to return or exchange your unwanted goods. See ‘Returns procedure’ for more information. Do not send or return any goods unless you receive a return number from us prior to despatching.
We will send your order by your selected service, or the most efficient method available to us. We endeavour to despatch all items within 24/48 hours on receipt of full payment of goods. Normal delivery time is 5 to 7 working days from despatch, However any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and Solar Sky shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods however caused. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract unless previously agreed by Solar Sky in writing. Solar Sky accept no responsibility for any delay whatsoever which is caused once the item has been despatched from our depot or supplier. In the event of unforeseen delays Solar Sky will act as an intermediary with the transport company to resolve any delivery issues. Solar Sky shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, cost of cover, lost revenues or lost profits, which may result in a delayed delivery howsoever caused.
Non delivery of goods, If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give Solar Sky adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery, otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Customer’s reasonable control or by reason of the Company’s fault, then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Solar Sky, Solar Sky may: Store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Customer for the reasonable costs, including insurance, of storage; or sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Customer for the excess over the price under the Contract or charge the Customer for any shortfall below the price under the Contract.
Certain sizes and weights may require specific carriers to be used, all transport and delivery costs howsoever chosen will be the responsibility of the purchaser, the Vendor Solar Sky will not despatch any goods until such goods and transport/delivery costs are paid for in full..
Heavy goods and palletised freight.
Items too heavy or large to be transported by standard shipment will be sent by pallet or specialist carrier. If this is the case we will be happy to obtain a freight quote. You will need to provide local assistance for unloading individual items over 30kg, Solar Sky do not offer or imply that any specialised lifting or access equipment that may be needed to unload the goods will be available, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that suitable unloading equipment if needed is available at the time of delivery.
Items requiring assembly/pre service checks
All generators must be fuelled, lubrication oil level checked, all battery acid levels must be checked prior to first use. Batteries are supplied full of liquid and fully charged and are ready for use on receipt.
Ordering of any of the items for sale on direct from the supplier or this website is on the understanding that the purchaser is competent or will employ a qualified and competent person to complete any of these tasks which require specialist handling or installation knowledge or training. You are advised to seek the advice or employ a suitably qualified engineer for the installation of all electrical goods or systems, Solar Sky do not offer any advice or installation service. Failure to install or operate goods correctly and in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions can or will invalidate any guarantees.
All returns must be arranged and authorised by Solar Sky, who will issue you with a returns authorisation number. Do not return goods to Solar Sky unless you have first obtained a returns authorisation number.
Solar Sky will not accept any returns of goods if
Items are found to have been badly packaged on return.
Items are found to have been used or misused or damaged in any way
The original packaging is damaged or not returned with the item
Are not authorised for return prior to return
Items returned are still your responsibility while they are in transit.
Solar Sky reserve the right to apply a handling charge to returned items (There will be a minimum charge of 20% of purchase value to the customer). These items can be returned, at your expense, within 7 days of invoice provided:They are unused, with all manuals, and in their original, undamaged packaging. (Please be aware that Solar Sky Spain are not responsible for the return carriage).
Petrol/diesel powered items have fuel and oil removed.
Items returned within 7 days can be exchanged or you can decide to receive a refund, less our handling fee.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items.
Items damaged in transit can be returned provided you have signed for the consignment as damaged or unchecked and notify Solar Sky within 24 hours of receipt (please have your packing slip to hand when you call the number above).
Please ensure items are properly packed and ready for collection.
Items delivered on a pallet will need to be palletised when collected.
Return packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
The manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions apply in cases of all purchase made online, Solar Sky will work with the manufacturer on your behalf to comply with all terms of the warranty and assure you of the best possible service response. Please refer to manual or warranty documents supplied with your purchase.
In most cases the manufacturer will require the part to be returned for inspection, repair or at the manufacturer’s discretion replacement, alternatively either of the following may be enacted to meet customers convenience
1. Parts only- If a part fails, we will send you the new part. You will be responsible for arranging for fitting the new part by a suitably qualified and competent person and returning the old part to us by return. Failure to return the old part will invalidate the warranty.
2. Return to base- If your item fails, you return it to us and we will either arrange repair or replacement and send it back to you. The arrangement and cost of the return carriage is your responsibility. Solar Sky will only assume responsibility for the goods when we have signed for the delivery of goods from your courier. Please ensure that the goods are insured to the correct value in case of damage or loss during transit. Solar Sky will pay for the cost of returning the item to you, after repair/replacement.
Solar Sky or the manufacturer cannot be held liable for fair wear and tear or misuse of the goods. In all circumstances, Solar Sky will only be liable for the cost of parts. If the item is found to be functioning correctly, you will be charged for the return carriage.
Consequential losses of any type or nature arising from the failure of any item supplied by Solar Sky Now for whatever reason will not be paid.
All items supplied must have been Installed, operated and serviced at the recommended intervals displayed in the manufacturer’s manuals and service records kept, stating hours, date and service work undertaken, failure to carry out the recommend operational instructions and keep good records will be a breach of terms and conditions of the warrany and as such will invalidate the warranty.
Guarantees exclude damage caused by accident, misuse, abnormal operating conditions, or extreme weather conditions including high winds and lightning strike.
Manufacturer safe operating and maintenance instructions must be followed at all times.
Oils, Filters, seals, Battery liquids and other consumable items are considered fair wear and tear and where applicable are not covered under warranty.
This warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to the original purchaser of the Items from Solar Sky. Original invoice must be produced. Consequential losses of any type or whatever nature are not covered.

If you do have a problem with your equipment, we will always endeavour to solve your problem as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Most (98%) of problems can be diagnosed and resolved over the phone.
Our Payment Policy
Ownership of any and all Items/Goods, forming an order or part of an order, shall not pass to you the buyer or any other party, until payment has been made in full. All goods and items offered and sold remain the property of Solar Sky until fully payment is received and cleared.
Our representatives may enter any premises where Items/Goods are or may be stored in order to inspect them, or recover them where possession has been terminated. The original purchaser will endeavour to ensure that goods to be recovered are kept in good condition, safe from theft or loss and easily accessible by our representatives.
Cheques received with orders will be deposited on receipt and goods despatched once the cheque has fully cleared the banking system. NB Additional charges may apply on cheques in currencies other than Euro’s or if drawn on a non Spanish bank, these charges will be to the purchasers account and goods will not be despatched until such charges are paid in full.
PayPal or Credit Cards, A surcharge of up to 4% may be applied to purchase via PayPal or Credit Card and Solar Sky Spain reserve the right to pass on these charges for all orders
Solar Sky is a company registered in Spain and as such all transactions and liabilities will be actioned and dealt with under the laws and regulations of Spain governing at the time of purchase. Nothing written or implied in these terms and conditions will infringe the rights of the customer under the laws of Spain.
